we have received many requests from our customers to have our products
available for sale on our web site. We are happy to announce that we
have selected and listed a variety of our stained glass creations for
sale. Please refer to the attached buttons to go to our sale pages.
All of our designs are original and copywrited and are not to be duplicated
or replicated.
Changes are available:
Are you looking
for a special gift? Would you like one of the items we have shown, but
with a different color border? Would you like a particular panel but
with a different bird or scene? Since each of our stained glass creations
has been designed, drawn and created by us, we are able to make adaptations
to any of the items shown. Feel free to contact us by telephone or email
and we will be happy to look into your request.

available. If you don't see what you are looking for, please feel free
to contact us via telephone or email. Many of our stained glass creations
shown here may be available in other colors, shapes or styles.
Shipping protocol:
All stained glass creations are shipped first class, priority, insured
through the United States Postal Service. Stained glass is heavy and
requires careful packaging. The rates that we charge for shipping include
handling, packaging, insurance and postage. US shipping rates are listed
on the website. For shipping rates outside the US, customers must call
for a shipping quote.
Return Policy:
Stained glass creations may be returned within 30 days with authorization
if in saleable condition. Refunds are for the cost of the product only.
Returns on damaged shipments require carrier (USPS, etc.) notification
before calling customer service for return authorization. All authorized
returns must be shipped insured USPS in the original packaging to Wrenovations
Stained Glass Creations, P O Box 27, Robbinston, ME 04671. Personalized
or customized items, however, cannot be returned. Down payments on commission
work will not be refundable once the creation has begun.
Policy for Storage of Credit Card Number:
Wrenovations Stained Glass Creations will use the First Data Global
Gateway Connect solution to handle sensitive consumer payment information.
Consumer credit card information will not be kept on site.
Consumer Data Privacy Policy:
Consumer information will be used to communicate with the consumer and
mailing lists will not be sold to any third party
Sales Tax:
State of Maine Sales Tax will be charged on all items shipped within
the State of Maine.
